Ensuring Safe, Stable, and Independent Shared Housing for All Residents

ShareSpace Housing LLC provides safe, clean, and affordable shared independent living for adults, veterans, seniors, and individuals in transition. To ensure a stable, respectful, and supportive community environment, all applicants must meet the eligibility requirements and follow the program guidelines outlined below.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for housing, individuals must meet the following criteria:

  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Must have income
  • Must be able to live independently without personal care
  • Must be clean and sober
  • No active substance use
  • Must be willing to live in a community-centered shared housing environment

These requirements help ensure that every resident can thrive in a stable, respectful, and substance-free setting.

Program Guidelines

Our housing model is designed to promote safety, stability, and respect. All residents are expected to follow the guidelines below:

  • Private furnished bedrooms provided for each resident
  • Shared living spaces including kitchen, living room, and bathrooms
  • All utilities included, including high-speed WiFi
  • Community-focused living, encouraging accountability and respect
  • Clean, sober, and safe environment required at all times
  • No medical or personal care services provided
  • Compliance with house expectations to maintain a peaceful home

These guidelines support a positive living experience and help residents transition toward long-term housing stability and independence.
